Decennial users can be identified by their @2020census.gov email address AND confirming that they are a DAPPS employee (vs. NFC employee).

You must confirm their employee type before using a Decennial user SR.

If they are a former Census employee and they're Decennial now and just need the email address updated on their CLC account to their Decennial email address, please use the SR below and escalate.
