Please provide this SR to any Field Representative for any issue (including but not limited to Course Completion issues, SSO issues, No Account issues, etc.) You can identify a Field Rep in the 'Identifier' column when you look up the user or you can ask them. They tend to have temporary access to the CLC and as a new practice, they aren't given a DOC email address so they may be providing a personal email address.
