There are a few completion issues with the Active Shooter Training course:

1. The users must give the system time to record the training as complete. There is a delay for this course to show that it has been completed. Tell the user to recheck the status in half an hour, due to the delay.
2. There is a requirement to answer ALL of the knowledge checks correctly to get a completion certificate; the following is listed on the homepage.
PLEASE NOTE: You must pass all knowledge check questions and view all content slides to successfully complete this course. If you do not successfully complete the knowledge check. You must relaunch the course. When asked "Do you want to pick up where you left off?", select "No" to relaunch/reset the course; otherwise, you will not be able to retake the quiz.
3. If the user has taken the Active Shooter class before the mandatory requirement was issued, they'll have to do Global Search and launch it from the catalog. They will need to 'Request' it again and will be asked if they want to reassign the course to themselves. They will then be able to take the new version.
