2017 WebTA for Census Employee has been replaced and the button to launch the course is now inactive. The below SR will direct users to the course that replaced it. 

I am sorry that you are not able to launch 2017 WebTA for Census Employee any longer. The administration has indicated that the replacement for that course is Mandatory 2019 Time and Attendance Training that is currently listed on the right side of the Home page under 'New Training Courses and Requirements'.  This course can also be located by entering this title into the 'Search' bar at the top.
